Italian Grill & Pizzeria

This place is a little off the beaten path but worth going to. We ordered 3 different things. Appetizer: crawfish dip with fried tortilla chips... This was our favorite part of the meal. The crawfish dip was great and the tortilla chips fried just so perfectly crispy and seasoned... That was yum! Next to item was a hand tossed Italian sausage and pepperoni pizza... Also very good. Notice that the cheese is stringy which means they use good quality ingredients. Last item was chicken parmesan.. Also really good... Try this place it's worth coming back to and the service was wonderful. Our servers name was Amy and she was so professional and helpful with answering all of our questions... We're definitely putting on our list for our favorite restaurants and wanted to also note that we came on a Monday which is hard to find a good restaurant around Pearl River Slidell or Picayune open on a Monday.... I think this will become our Monday place. Definitely coming back for that crawfish dip! The place is small and pretty and we noticed on the side there is an event room though which looks like would be a good place to hold a family party or reception or meeting of some kind.... Private room I mean.... The ambiance is nice and the music playing in the background is not too loud.... This looks like a newer building decor sized pretty and classy.... We came wearing the shorts and sweats but I definitely think you could also bring a nice date here... Thanks for a great meal! Thanks Amy for great service and we will be back soon!

The Italian grill is a great place for a party corporate or birthday! Our company has setup balloons and centerpieces for a couple different style events. The room is supplied with tables and chairs, even a server for your needs. They allow you to decorate however you prefer and even have an additional easy access door to the parking lot for your guest to the venue room.

They have a room for parties. Or church group had our Christmas party there. Worked out very well. Set up banquet style

We are full-time RV'ers, from the Phoenix area, and it's difficult to locate a "Good Italian Food & Good Pizza" while constantly being on the move. We pulled into the Picayune/Bay St. Louis area and stumbled across this restaurant. We have only "Great" things to say about it. The service is professional, efficient and the restaurant is exceptionally clean and well organized. Their sauce has a depth of flavor rarely experienced outside Italian communities like New York & Chicago. Their pizza crust and their pizza sauce, makes for a GREAT Super Supreme and their price point, on their pies and others dishes: i.e. Lasagna (marinara and their meat sauce), have a sharp hardy flavor. Their selection of entrees are more then most restaurants and the food presentation doesn't disappoint, professional white dishes, linen table clothes. ITALIAN GRILL In Carriere Ms on Hwy 11 This place is Amazing. I've worked for years at Commanders Palace , a 5 star restaurant, n New Orleans as a waiter while going to college in my youth. Emerald lagasse was the head Chef. The atmosphere at the Italian grill was wonderful. The food from appetizer to dessert was over the top! My Waiter, Cody was very professional and knowledgeable. Noah the chef was more than awesome. This is a MUST for a great place to go.
